Literally Climbing Up The Walls

I've been a fairly avid climber for over a year now. It's a sport I'm very passionate about as I love not only the sport itself but also the community around it. Climbing is a very accessible sport for people of all levels of experience and different body types which is what initially interested me, but I eventually got hooked on the sport due to how friendly a community it had built up around it. There's nothing quite like bonding over the shared experience of getting angry at a wall yet still coming back every week for more.

Competitive to the core

I've been a gamer for as long as I can remember, mainly sticking to story-driven open world experiences like The Witcher 3 and Skyrim but I'm also very invested in the competitive scene, primarily with Overwatch, which is a game I've sunk years of my life into. More recently however I've been branching out into other competitive experiences with the likes of CSGO and Valorant.

Another area I'm very passionate about, especially in gaming, is diversity. Online spaces can be quite toxic to minorities, especially for women and members of the LGBT community. Both Valorant and Overwatch have relatively popular competitive scenes for those who identify as women or who are non-binary and I'm a supporter of both, even being an active member of Calling All Heroes, the official community for women and non-binary Overwatch players, hosting their own esports league and providing opportunities for members to become casters.
